Short answer

The Yu Nagaba Umbreon promo (067/SV-P), a Japan-only Pokemon Center giveaway card from May 2023, sold raw for about $205 to $224 and as a PSA 10 for $280 to $296 as of 25 October 2026. Japanese shops list it at ¥20,300 to ¥24,800 (about $128 to $157). PSA has graded 32,709 copies, 90.4% of them PSA 10, so a slab adds only about $75 over raw. No English version exists.

The Yu Nagaba Umbreon (ブラッキー, 067/SV-P) sells raw for about $205 to $224 and as a PSA 10 for $280 to $296, as of 25 October 2026: a median of $205 over 19 recent eBay sales on PriceCharting, $218.49 on PokeInvest and a $223.65 market price on TCGplayer. Japanese shops list it at ¥20,300 to ¥24,800, about $128 to $157. It is a Japan-only promo that was handed out with purchases in 2023, and there is no English version.

What is the Yu Nagaba Umbreon and why do people want it?

It is one of nine promo cards drawn by the Japanese artist Yu Nagaba for the “YU NAGABA × POKEMON CARD GAME” collaboration: Eevee and its eight evolutions, each in his minimal black line style on a white panel (official database). The Umbreon is card 067/SV-P, a Stage 1 Darkness Pokemon with 100 HP and the attack シャドーコープ (90 damage; the Pokemon hit can’t retreat during your opponent’s next turn), regulation mark G (official card page). It is playable, but nobody wants it for the text.

The Umbreon is the dearest of the nine. TCGplayer’s market prices on 25 October 2026 put the other eight between $87.92 (Vaporeon) and $100.33 (Espeon), with Umbreon at $223.65, more than double.

How was it given away, and is it still available?

From 24 May 2023, Pokemon Centers, Pokemon Stores and Pokemon Center Online in Japan gave out one random promo card for every ¥1,000 (tax included) spent, up to 10 cards per person (Inside Games, 24 May 2023). Winners of the lottery for the YU NAGABA × Pokemon Card Game “Eeveelutions” Special BOX (¥4,800, with a playmat, deck shield, deck case and card box) got four promo packs, and the Collection File (¥1,980) and Display Frame (¥1,490) each came with one (Famitsu, 21 April 2023). Each pack held one of the nine designs at random, so anyone chasing the Umbreon was relying on luck. We could not find how many were given out or whether any giveaway is still running, so treat the secondary market as the only reliable route.

How much is the Yu Nagaba Umbreon worth?

Each line is a median of completed sales, a marketplace price or a shop’s listed price, with the sample and date. Prices move daily; read these as a late-October 2026 snapshot, with yen converted at ¥158 to the dollar.

Copy Price Source and date

PSA 10 $296 PokeInvest, median of 34 sales, 25 October 2026

Raw, Japanese shop price ¥20,300 (condition A-) to ¥24,800 (about $128 to $157) Cardrush (1 in stock) and Yuyu-tei (7 in stock), 26 October 2026
PSA 10, Japanese shop ¥47,800 (about $303) Cardrush, 2 in stock, 26 October 2026

The PriceCharting run is the freshest read: six raw sales from 20 to 23 October ran $160 to $208.13, and 11 PSA 10 sales from 17 to 25 October ran $222.50 to $325 with a median of $280. PokeInvest’s sales are older and TCGplayer’s is a marketplace figure; both sit a little higher.

Is it worth grading?

Not on these numbers. PSA has graded 32,709 copies and 29,559 are PSA 10 (90.4%, PokeInvest, October 2026), so the slab is not scarce, and a PSA 10 sells for only about $75 more than a raw copy. At a 90% PSA 10 rate, a $296 slab, a $218.49 raw copy and the $60 fee PokeInvest assumes, our arithmetic comes to a loss of about $12 a card (PokeInvest’s own page states a +$6.70 gain that does not follow from its figures). Buy graded if you want the slab, not to make money grading. Fees and turnaround are in grading Japanese Pokemon cards.

Is there an English version of the Yu Nagaba Umbreon?

No. It is a Japanese promo, and we found no English print. That makes it a Japan-only card in the same sense as the Pokemon Center exclusives covered in does Pokemon Center Japan ship to the US. It also means there is no Japanese-vs-English price gap to weigh: the only decision is raw or graded, and where to buy.

How do you spot a fake Yu Nagaba Umbreon?

No published report of counterfeit copies of this specific card turned up in our research. The design is simple, which makes the printed details the best check. Compare them with the official card image on this page:

  1. The number and mark. The bottom line reads 067/SV-P with the PROMO mark and regulation mark G, and the copyright line reads ©2023 Pokémon / Nintendo / Creatures / GAME FREAK.
  2. The artwork. Black line drawing of Umbreon on a white panel with the “Yu NAGABA × POKÉMON CARD GAME” logo at the right edge of the panel.
  3. The text. ブラッキー, HP 100, evolves from Eevee, attack シャドーコープ 90 with “次の相手の番、このワザを受けたポケモンは、にげられない。”
  4. The sibling. The other eight designs share the layout. A seller listing “Umbreon” with a different number (062 to 070 are the siblings) is describing another card.
  5. The graded label. A slab label must read 067/SV-P; confirm the certification number with the grader before paying a PSA 10 price.
  6. The price. Raw copies sold for $140 to $254 and PSA 10 slabs for $222.50 to $358.01 over the last two months. A “PSA 10” far below that deserves a second look.

The foil, edge and light tests are in how to tell if Japanese Pokemon cards are fake.

Where do you buy it, and what does delivery to the US add?

In the US, TCGplayer’s lowest listing was $214 on 25 October 2026 and eBay sold six raw copies between 20 and 23 October (PriceCharting). Buying from a US seller means no customs paperwork, at the $205 to $224 above.

In Japan the sticker price is lower: ¥20,300 at Cardrush for a condition A- copy (about $128) and ¥24,800 at Yuyu-tei (about $157), both on 26 October 2026. Then add the trip. Shipments from Japan to the US have paid a combined 12.5% duty since 24 July 2026 under the Section 301 action (Holland & Knight), about $16 to $20 on these prices. Japan Post EMS to the US costs ¥3,900 (about $25) for up to 500 g, and USPS charges $9.35 per dutiable item on inbound mail that owes duty (Notice 123, effective 4 October 2026).

That is roughly $170 for the A- copy and $200 for the Yuyu-tei one before insurance and the USPS fee, against $205 to $224 from a US eBay seller. A single card saves little or nothing; several cards in one parcel change that. The full build-up is in shipping from Japan to the US and the seller options in where to buy Japanese Pokemon cards. Readers outside the US pay their own country’s import rules; the Japanese prices are the same.

We don’t sell anything yet. When that changes, our listing will be labeled, and the prices here stay what collectors have paid elsewhere.

Lottery winners of the Eeveelutions Special BOX (¥4,800) got four, and Collection File and Display Frame buyers one each (Inside Games, Famitsu).

Is there an English version of the Yu Nagaba Umbreon?

No. It is a Japanese promo, 067/SV-P, one of nine Eevee-family cards drawn by Yu Nagaba, and we found no English print.

Why have so many Yu Nagaba Umbreon cards been graded?

PSA had graded 32,709 copies, 29,559 of them PSA 10 (90.4%), per PokeInvest in October 2026. The record shows the card was a free giveaway with purchases, so supply was large, and it is the most expensive of the nine designs. No source states why collectors grade it so often.
